This unique Heuchera relative native to China has large, green, fan-shaped leaves. Beginning in sum- mer, red pigmentation begins to creep inward from the edges and by fall, they are fire red. The foliage forms a low, spreading mound. Delicate white, star -shaped flowers appear just above the foliage in mid to late spring, but this plant is grown mainly for its attractive foliage.
