We also accept pick - up and delivery orders via email. E - mail us at info@daytonnursery.com with your desired plant list and we will pull your plant list for you and have it ready within 24 96 hours. Use our flippable, full - color online catalog or live availability module for plant stock information. PLANT AVAILABILITY Availability of plant material varies constantly. Not all plants are always available. However, as an added service, we have added later availability dates to certain trees, shrubs and perennials for your convenience. We strive to always carry inventory of the most requested items during the spring and summer season. **Prices and availability are subject to change at any time. Trees & Shrubs - Mid April Perennials - Last week of April Roses - Week of Mother ’ s Day Annuals/Hanging Baskets/Tropicals/Veggies - May & June TERMS FOR LANDSCAPERS & LAWN SERVICES Landscapers, lawn services, and the like shall receive a 15% discount for non - net materials on account or with payment at time of sale. Examples of net items are annuals, bedding plants, tropical plants, seasonal plants and items on sale. *Delivery charges always apply to lawn service and landscaper businesses that receive a discount. Restocking fee: Plant and merchandise returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for landscape and lawn service professionals. Plants reserved and held on our property then cancelled, if more than 30 days, will also be subject to this restocking fee. INSTALLATION SERVICE Be sure to take advantage of our easy installation service. Trees, shrubs and perennials installed by us are covered for one full year!

Typical maintenance should be evident; watering, proper planting conditions, insect control, pruning, etc. If NOT, the guarantee is VOID.

• Perennials are guaranteed 100% for 90 days • ROSES (other than shrub roses) are guaranteed 90 days • Annuals , hanging baskets, houseplants, mums, bulbs, aquatic plants and seasonal plants are NOT warrantied. For warranty claims with a receipt : A credit voucher for the original purchase price will be given for any warranty claim. This voucher can then be used at any time.

Don ’ t have your receipt? In many instances, we can verify purchases made within the past 5 years on a store account.

A limit of one replacement/voucher will be issued per warranty claim.

Landscaper/Lawn Service Warranty Policy: A 50% credit of purchase price for trees and shrubs will be given for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Perennials are warrantied for 90 days and roses for 90 days at 50% credit. No credit will be issued on accounts in arrears of payment. Annuals, water plants and hard goods have no warranty expressed or implied. Severe neglect or abuse voids warranty. RETURN POLICY We will gladly accept returns for products that meet the following condition: merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of the original purchase. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Other restrictions may apply. CALL AHEAD & EMAIL SERVICE We encourage our customers to use our handy call - ahead service. If you have a previous order that needs to be picked up, just call us at 330 - 825 - 3320 or fax your request to 330 - 825 - 9661 and your order will be ready at the specified time. We do ask that you give us as much time as possible especially during the busy spring season.

Areas include Akron, Barberton, Bath, Copley, Doylestown, Kenmore, Norton & Wadsworth. Additional $75 delivery fee charged for areas over 30 minutes from Norton.

Delivery Service Delivery is FREE within our delivery area on orders of $1,200 or more! Our delivery schedule is Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Plant material can be placed by planting hole for no extra charge if distances are no greater than 150 feet and are on flat land. Local delivery fees range from $25 to $150. We deliver up to 50 miles from the nursery in Norton. A schedule of delivery fees can be acquired from our office. An additional fee may be added for large deliveries, for example: evergreens, Pine, Spruce, Hemlock, Arborvitae, etc. 5 foot or larger, deciduous trees greater than 1¾ ” caliper or 6’ tall if multi - stemmed, items such as 30 or more bags of mulch or other landscaping stones, any item that is bulky or over 75 pounds.
